Our Raison d`être: jamon knowledge

A good jamon is a party for the senses. Its smell, texture, color and specially its taste, reach its maximum level when it is cut by an expert. Do not allow that a not well used knife prevent you of enjoying a jamon as much as you are able to enjoy.

A jamon, cut in life by our master carvers, guarantees you to fully enjoy this magnificent product, to better use the piece and to offer really a show for your guests.

Slowly, quietly, with thrill, adding experience, work and dedication, Jose Mari Barriola founded BARRIOLA MAESTROS CORTADORES in 2003. An excellent team of professionals, dedicated to cut jamon with knife.

A young company that consists on a group of master carves with an extensive experience in this art, and with the added value of being people who fusses over the product and also the palate of their clients.
